1. Do not save any new file to memory card.
2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
3. Download recover software, recommended one is asoftech photo recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked)
4. Install and open asoftech photo recovery, select your memory drive, and click ‘Start’ button.

What is a drive letter?? If you’re talking about where your camera shows up in Windows, that’s up to Windows… no one sells that. I don’t know your source about "buying" a drive letter – that’s just wrong.
If you deleted the photos the only thing you can do now is download a recovery program – Google to find one. That may save most, probably not all, of your photos.
Then use an external card reader to look at and for them. In fact you should have the reader before you even begin trying to recover them. This way Windows will see the card and then can work on it through a recovery program.
Good Luck

To recover your deleted pictures, you need to acquire and install a recovery program to a computer. Most recovery programs are not free. The drive letter refers to the letter assigned to the camera once it is recognized by a computer running Windows. How to help you? Difficult at the computer skill level you have. If the pictures are of great importance to you, it would be best to have it done professionally in a computer repair shop that offers data recovery services. As a warning, pictures can only be recovered if no new files (or pictures) were taken with the camera after the deletion.
